    Will I ever get a busy signal?
    It is possible, but if you do please let us know. It is our goal that our customers will always be able to get on-line whenever they need to.
Please send an e-mail to: support@spanner.co.nz if you ever get a busy signal.
     
    I get a message that says "Unable to locate the server www.spanner.co.nz"
    That usually means you are not on-line.
